Position
Technico Commerciale (Commercial Technician) – Piacenza area.
Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of construction, artisan, and design clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Piacenza territory.
- Provide technical and commercial consulting; act as a client partner rather than a catalogue sales representative.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, close deals and follow orders from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends and provide the team with actionable insights.
- Use data‑driven tools to assess client value and reliability.
Qualifications

- Formation. Diploma in Surveying or Bachelor’s in Economics, Civil Engineering or Architecture. Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
- Experience. Proven B2B commercial experience, ideally in construction or related fields. Junior candidates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Mentality. Proactive, results‑oriented, capable of spotting client needs and delivering solutions quickly.
- Relational skills. Effective communication with contractors and design studio managers, building trust and adapting to audiences.
- Willingness to grow. Seeking to build a long‑term career; not a temporary role.
