About the Role

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Italian market.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement strategies to increase our market share and achieve sales targets.

Your Responsibilities
">
* Growing our business through new opportunities for EcoFlow product sales and implementing business development initiatives to expand sales channels;
* Building and maintaining long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market;
* Maintaining strong relationships with major solar/renewable energy distributors;
* Responsibility for organizing offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums in Italy;
* Collaborating with other departments to plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities;
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase our market share and meet sales targets.

Your Profile
">
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry;
* A previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired;
* Bachelor or master's degree;
* Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver;
* Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity and able to think in other people's shoes;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, additional European language fluency will be a plus.
