Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting‑edge therapies. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Italy to help expand Massive Bio’s physician network and support clinical trial patient referral growth in the market. /p pThis role requires a strong field-based profile with direct access to physicians and the ability to secure appointments efficiently. We are particularly interested in candidates who know the Italian landscape well and can build relationships with individual physicians through an affiliate-style or business development approach. /p pProfiles with senior freelance CRA experience, or other physician-facing experience in oncology-related settings, are especially relevant. Knowledge of bladder cancer and the related physician environment in Italy is strongly preferred. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liBuild a referral physician network for Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services across Italy /li liConduct outbound outreach to physician offices and follow up with in-person visits /li liIdentify, approach, and engage oncologists, urologists, and other relevant specialists /li liMaintain accurate CRM records, manage physician follow‑ups, and report results to internal teams /li liCollect feedback from physician offices and share it with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery operations /li liEstablish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with physicians /li liCoordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments /li liAnalyze market potential and provide regular status reports /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBS/BA degree or equivalent experience /li li4+ years of oncology, pharma, biotech, CRO, or other relevant physician-facing experience /li liAn extensive network of physicians in Italy /li liAbility to secure appointments and build relationships directly with physicians /li liAbility to travel to physician offices across Italy /li liFamiliarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian /li liShould be living in Italy /li liFamiliar with the Italian healthcare and physician environment /li libExperience as a senior freelance CRA or in a similar relationship-driven field role is a strong advantage /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
