Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B; Support expert/Commis de rang.

Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B; service in any of our four outlets.
\n
\n
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
\n
- The starting date is estimated in April

What You’ll Do

- Serve food and beverage items to guests.
\n
- Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
\n
- Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
\n
- Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
\n
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
\n
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
\n
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
\n
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
\n
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
\n
\nWhat you’ll need:\n

- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
\n
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
\n
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
\n
- A safety-first approach.
\n
- Positive outlook and dependability.

- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
