Ph3Overview /h3pWe are seeking a Key Account Manager based in Emilia Romagna or Marche to drive strategic engagement and long-term partnerships across priority hospital and regional accounts. Working closely with the BU Director / NSM and Marketing you will build and execute account plans, deliver compliant scientific information to HCPs, capture and report insights on product use and safety, and coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve territory objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliConstantly monitor the area of the supervisor about the use of drugs and about adverse events reported by healthcare professionals in accordance with current law requirements. /liliCollaborate with the Business Unit Director / NSM and Marketing to define local activities and steps necessary to reach objectives in the area of competence. /liliEnsure medical information activity towards Health Care Practitioners according to a plan agreed with the supervisor and in compliance with the company’s strategy, policies, and current regulations. /liliImprove knowledge on the therapeutic area through participation in meetings, refresher courses and self-learning. /liliOrganize and plan own activities (visits, itineraries, meetings) and regularly report to the NSM using available informatics tools. /liliApply and respect legislative and company requirements concerning drug scientific information, drug safety, and ethical case management; inform the supervisor as appropriate. /liliParticipate in National Congresses alone and with clients. Create visits/activities with local stakeholders that consider long-term goals. /liliMaintain Certification in account management, sales, or healthcare-related programs. /liliProfessional training in hemophilia care or rare disease management. /liliCRM system activities reporting as per planned deadlines along the year/cycles. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelors Degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, pharmacy) or healthcare-related fields. /liliIndustry Experience: 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector. /liliPrior experience in rare diseases or hematology is highly preferred. /liliSales and Commercial Experience: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, tender management, and market development. /liliCommunication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information to diverse stakeholders. /liliExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). /liliProblem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pAll Sobi employees need to demonstrate behaviors in line with Sobi’s core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
