Position
Life Resort Manager:
The Resort Life Manager leads the overall guest experience, blending hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle in line with brand standards. They coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver memorable, tailored stays.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full guest experience, integrating hospitality, wellness, activities, and lifestyle services
* Coordinate departments (front office, spa, F&B, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellence
* Design tailored experiential programs aligned with brand identity and guest expectations
* Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiatives
* Train and motivate staff to deliver empathetic, proactive, and memorable service
Requirements
* Proven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness properties
* Strong guest-centric approach, personalization skills, and attention to detail
* Cross-functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communication
* Empathetic leadership and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent command of English and preferably a second language
