We are seeking an Outside Sales Engineer responsible for managing sales activities with designated customers in the Gas Distribution and Transmission industries, focusing on Natural Gas and Alternative Fuels Industrial Users primarily in Northern Italy. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Identify market requirements and develop strategies for growth in orders and profitability within assigned accounts.
* Negotiate business contracts with customers, including discounts, pricing, and volume terms, within your delegated authority.
* Maintain a project opportunity list using relevant tools (CRM, etc.) for your sales area.
* Coordinate and support the execution of contractual terms in all business transactions.
* Report regularly to your supervisor on market trends, competitive strategies, and customer behaviors affecting our business.
* Focus on and promote Emerson Natural Gas Solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* An engineering degree or comparable technical background
* Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry
* Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading, writing)
* Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region
