Store Manager
When a customer walks through our doors, we want them to be wowed – and that’s down to you and your team. As a Clarks Store Manager, you’ll be at the very heart of our business, championing a much-loved brand.
Responsibilities
* You’ll be at the forefront of the Clarks business, leading a team in our store and creating a lively, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
* Lead the full service cycle, from greeting customers to closing a sale and ensuring a great customer experience.
* Own the customer experience to drive sales and KPI performance.
* Own and manage store operations, including tracking P&L, planning trading events, and minimizing costs.
Qualifications
* Experienced retail manager with a track record of commercial success.
* Inspiring leader with excellent communication skills who can get the best out of people.
* Experience in Fashion or Footwear is a plus but not essential.
* Ability to lead teams, promote brands, and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Organised and adaptable, capable of meeting targets, managing P&L, and handling day-to-day operations.
