Based in our headquarters in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a talented and ambitious candidate to join our team as a Visual Merchandiser Champion.

This role will allow you to work closely with the design and marketing teams, supporting the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across our retail locations. You will play a key role in bringing the brand's vision to life and shaping the shopping experience for our customers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies across multiple retail locations in accordance with the Brand guidelines and the commercial targets.
* Create impactful displays and store layouts that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising efforts with in-store marketing campaigns: sales, black Friday, midseason sale.
* Analyze store performance and customer feedback to optimize visual merchandising strategies and improve sales.
* Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal and promotional displays.
* Ensure visual consistency and standards are maintained across all stores.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive visual merchandising strategies.
SKILLS AND ATTITUDES

* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the retail sportswear or fashion industry.
* Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and store layout planning.
* Creative and detail-oriented with a good eye for design and trends.
* Proven experience in the process of opening new stores (planning and execution).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign etc).
* Fluent in English is a must.
* Previous international experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
