Your role in our shared journey
Located at our Milan office, as a Trade Marketing Account manager you’ll be responsible for defining, developing and executing the trade marketing strategy for the SportStyle category in the Italian market, in line with European guidelines and brand objectives.
You will develop and manage a 360° integrated strategies for major multi-brand clients, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, driving sell-out, and expanding market share.
Key Responsabilities
* Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar for assigned retailers, including product launches with in-store activations, digital/social content creation, in-store events, influencer involvement, KPI definition, budgeting, and reporting.
* Manage relationships with major commercial partners (Platinum+, Platinum, Gold accounts, and online/offline pure players).
* Analyze points of sale and the shopping experience to propose effective solutions.
* Conduct regular visits to key accounts (Milan and other Italian cities), monitoring market trends, visual merchandising, and restocking opportunities.
* Provide accurate product descriptions for key clients’ websites.
* Support updates of the Italian showroom for the SportStyle category.
Job Requirement:
* Italian native with fluency in English.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years developing and executing marketing plans, including 3 years in Trade Marketing for strategic accounts in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sector, or consolidated experience in retail.
* Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and matrix organization, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
