Account Leadership Role
The role of Account Strategist is to manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and general manager. The goal is to grow the business through sales by developing a client-centered agenda, improving financial quality, harnessing innovations, and providing leadership that aligns teams and holds members accountable for results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver account business plans, account financial plans, and account operating plans.
* Lead consultative C-suite client relationships to become trusted advisors.
* Establish programs to achieve client service excellence.
* Present pan-company portfolios.
* Meet or exceed financial commitments.
* Grow year-over-year share of wallet and shareholder return.
* Deliver technological and service delivery innovations.
* Enforce change management mechanisms and ensure strong governance frameworks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
* 12+ years experience in account leadership roles.
* Experience working in matrixed environments and the IT industry.
* P&L, sales, and risk management skills.
