IT Retail & Omnichannel Manager
to oversee the development of IT solutions for Retail and Omnichannel business.
Reporting directly to the IT & Transformation Direction, the new resource will ensure smooth integration of physical and digital channels while enhancing the customer experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
5–8 years of professional experience in IT for Retail, Omnichannel, or e-commerce environments.
Proficient in POS, CRM, ERP platforms, and e-commerce solutions.
Solid understanding of digital customer experience workflows and processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.
Fluency in Italian and English is required;
