Ph3Job Mission /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Associate Marketing Manager - Running to support our marketing efforts across multiple brand partners. The role is responsible for executing running marketing strategies, building relationships with account stakeholders and ensuring campaigns align with objectives to drive consumer engagement, improve brand presence and ultimately increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Running with experience across the full journey from online, offline and instore. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset. This is a 12 month fixed term position and there is flexibility on location with the ability to travel to the office in Bolzano regularly. /ph3Major Accountabilities /h3ulliAccount management of key performance brand partners in alignment to the performance trade marketing strategy with focus on Running Support sell‑in activity through the creation and delivery of account specific pre‑line and sell‑in presentations, promoting best‑in‑class buying experiences for our customers. /liliCreation and implementation of account marketing plans, managing tactical activity and marketing channels to deliver brand awareness and sell through. /liliUnderstand and consider customer journey, building out cohesive omnichannel plans that align to brand marketing activations and identify where the brand partner plays a vital role. /lili360 campaign management – planning, creative, production activation. /liliManagement of brand partner budget and launch tools ensuring best in class assets and partner servicing whilst consistently looking for efficiencies in spend and resource. /liliAnalysis and reporting of campaign successes and key learning including return on investment, rate of sale sell through. /liliAbility to liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /liliPromote the correct use of New Balance brand guidelines. /liliProvide regular communication on upcoming and live activity along with performance marketplace updates (culture, competitors, innovation etc.). /liliWork with wholesale creative teams, third party agencies and/or internal creative team to develop innovative experiential, instore online marketing assets. /liliExplore external digital, paid media, social and PR initiatives where required. /liliUtilise and integrate wider business opportunities, such as athletes talent, to activate global game plan moments with accounts. /li /ulh3Requirements for Success /h3ulliExperience in managing delivering marketing campaigns across online and offline. /liliExperience in the sports and running retail industry. /liliEcommerce and understanding the digital consumer journey as well as data analysis. /liliExperience of juggling multiple projects at the same time. /liliProcess driven with a clear understanding of working across multiple stakeholders, wholesalers, seasons, products, agencies, and departments. /liliGood understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to deliver campaigns from awareness through to conversion. /liliA people person who builds relationships and can influence easily. /liliStrong problem‑solving ability. /liliTotal customer satisfaction approach. /liliAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, brand‑led environment. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliDiscretionary Bonus Opportunity /liliHealth Insurance /liliPension Scheme /liliLife Insurance /liliDaily Meal Allowance /lili26 Days Annual Leave /liliHybrid Working /liliEmployee Discount /liliOpportunity to Work from Anywhere for 20 Days per Year /liliWellbeing Mental Health Benefit (24/7 Employee Assistance Program Support) /li /ulpPay Range: €36,800.00 - €46,000.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.) /ppEqual Opportunity Employer: New Balance is committed to equality of opportunity for all current and prospective associates regardless of age, disability, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership and gender reassignment.
