Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage a defined portfolio of major TD SYNNEX customers, driving revenue, profitability, and new business across the portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining close relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face engagements and strategic planning. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver value, negotiate high-value opportunities, and push for growth while ensuring margin and service level targets. This position offers exposure to C-suite discussions, complex account planning, and e-commerce enablement programs that scale with the business.

- Develop and manage large/strategic accounts with growth opportunities and complex variables
- Maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers through regular face-to-face visits
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth
- Negotiate high-value opportunities and close deals
- Identify incremental business through strong customer relationships
- Lead internal resources across sales, operations, and SBUs to fulfill customer needs
- Identify project opportunities with the Business Development Manager
- Coordinate board-level engagement addressing business objectives
- Ensure margin targets and balanced product mix while delivering value
- Gather customer insights and analyze accounts to maximize opportunities
- Ensure timely reporting and CRM data accuracy
- Promote and drive usage of InTouch e-commerce tool
- Maintain and improve customer SLAs
- Prepare value propositions for C-level discussions
- Provide presentations to all levels with clear, concise messaging
- Demonstrate gravitas and business credibility
Responsabilità
- 6+ years of industry/direct customer experience
- Numerate
- Master knowledge of assigned product/service line across Brands
- Expert knowledge of Services programs and processes for multiple Brands
- Outstanding customer relations and consulting skills
- Ability to influence C-level outcomes
- Proven track record in strategic business objective setting and advisory roles
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning abilities
- CRM experience (Compass) and SAP R3 experience desirable but not essential
- Understanding of financial inputs (profit/trend margin/OI)
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
