Sales Manager‑Specialty Paper (West Europe)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Specialty Paper sales across West Europe. This is a unique opportunity to develop the European market, work independently, and manage customer relationships across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Specialty Paper, including Greaseproof and MG (Machine Glazed) papers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
- Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
- Provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries and troubleshoot quality concerns, delivery delays, or other customer issues.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to inform strategy and opportunities.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years in a sales management role within the paper industry.
- Proven track record in Specialty/Technical Paper sales or adjacent industry selling into Food Service Converters/Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) packaging supply chains.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
