Join to apply for the Field account manager role at Radar - Academy & Recruiting Our client is a leading international group, headquartered in a Northern European country, specializing in the production and distribution of innovative industrial heating and cooling solutions. Committed to sustainable practices and expansion within the Italian market, they are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Field Sales Representative to actively develop their customer base within Northeast Italy. Your Mission: Directly engage with potential clients through proactive field visits (including "door-to-door" activities) to identify and acquire new customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients in the assigned territory. Present and demonstrate key product samples to potential clients (company car provided for work use and product transport). Drive sales growth and achieve clearly defined sales targets aligned with the company's expansion objectives in Italy. Provide excellent on-the-ground support and build rapport with new customers. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Good English language skills are necessary for communication with the Sales Manager (the headquarters is in Northern Europe).
