Michael Page He/she will be responsible for leading all quality assurance and control activities within the manufacturing facility. He/she will ensure that all products meet internal and customer standards, oversee compliance with quality system requirements, and continuously improve quality processes and systems across the plant.RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and manage the plant's quality team (e.g. laboratory, quality inspectors, quality technicians) * Apply and maintain the plant's quality management system * Ensure that products meet customer specifications, industry standards and legal compliance * Monitor and analyze key quality indicators, implement corrective and preventive actions and support the continuous improvement * Manage internal and external audits, including customer audits and third-party certification audits * Collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain teams to solve quality-related issues and improve processes * Train and develop staff in quality procedures and practices * Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns and ensure effective resolution * Manage documentation related to quality procedures, inspections, and non-conformities Hard skills * Commitment to a safety-first culture * In-depth knowledge of quality standards and methodologies * Knowledge of Lean Organization and continuous improvement principles * Knowledge of MS Office * Fluent level of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plusOther skills * Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members * Flexibility and speed of decision-making * Problem-solving * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesEducation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical fieldProfessional experience Proven experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment The company is a rapidly growing organization operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
