Main Responsibilities
* Supervise assigned kitchen stations to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Suggest innovative menu items and seasonal specials to meet customer expectations.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year experience as Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel environment.
* Strong understanding of food safety, quality control, and inventory management practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
