Sales Executive EMEA (Milan) Retail Search is looking for a passionate, business-driven Sales Executive with a strong sensitivity to the fashion industry to lead wholesale development across the EMEA region.The position is based in Milan, within a new office and gallery space opening in June 2026.You will join the commercial team in a key role, responsible for developing and managing the wholesale business for one or more brands within our portfolio. You will act as an ambassador for the agency, contributing to strategic growth and building strong relationships with international partners and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, buyers, and partnersDefine commercial strategies with the Directors to maximize growthCollaborate with brands to optimize collections and sales campaignsMonitor KPIs and performance (sell-through, OTB, replenishment)Manage sales appointments, both physical and virtual, end-to-endAnalyze sales data to identify business opportunitiesConduct market visits and in-store training activitiesWork closely with logistics and internal teams to ensure operational efficiencyRequirements3–4 years of experience in fashion wholesale (designer/premium segment)Strong knowledge of the EMEA market (department stores, online, specialty stores)Experience in ready-to-wearSolid understanding of retail math (markup, sell-through, OTB)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResults-oriented with the ability to work under pressureProficiency in Excel and WordFluency in Italian and English is essentialWho You AreA self-driven, curious, and highly organized individual with a passion for product and relationships.
