Brand & Product Marketing Manager - Acoustic Solutions
Our client is a historic Italian company in the technical and decorative lighting sector. We are looking for a Brand & Product Marketing Manager for a new business unit focused on Acoustic Solutions. The main objective of the role will be to develop the strategy and launch the brand in the European market. The company is internationally recognized for the innovation, quality, and tradition of its products and custom solutions that adapt to every customer need and spaces (residential, office, hospitality, etc).
Responsibilities
* Create marketing assets that drive increased awareness of brand, products and events - creating compelling stories to reach audiences through different channels.
* Develop and deliver content across different tools as website, newsletter, sales and training presentations, trade visibility.
* Liaise with and coordinate external suppliers (web development, social media, printed materials, invitations, newsletter, photo shoots…) as required, including providing branding guidelines, developing briefs, setting timelines.
* Support in defining the product launch strategy (benchmark, pricing, 360° assets development)
* Support for internal data analysis focused on product and geography.
* Definition of the product catalogue and price list based on market requirements coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers
* Support in coordinating activities with contract clients and architectural firms on custom projects, developing the concept of custom products linked to acoustic lighting and acoustic solutions.
* Managing attendance at national/international trade fairs, organising events dedicated to industry professionals.
Requirements
* Measurable experience in the sector lighting/design/furniture and in particular acoustic sector with a technical product.
* Proven experience as Product Manager or Brand Manager almost 5/6 years.
* Professional knowledge of English (direct and very frequent link with US team)
* Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience or knowledge of the A&D industry is desirable but not mandatory.
* Demonstrates adaptability and dynamics, with a strong ability to navigate priorities and emerging platforms, and able to independently troubleshoot challenges.
* Opportunities to travel internationally to design events.
