Job TitleSales Specialist With Italian (Relocation To Greece Or Bulgaria) – Cagliari, ITResponsibilitiesManage high‐volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business). Identify key points of contact through Sales Navigator and other desk targeting tools. Actively manage the sales pipeline with a focus on moving prospects through the funnel. Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on Salesforce. Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team. Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.Additional InformationWorking hours: Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm, with a 1‐hour fully paid break. Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office). Training on 23.04.2026. Salary Bulgaria: 1 670,39 Euro gross per month + 1 537,20 Euro gross performance bonus (quarterly). Salary Greece: 1 150 Euro gross per month + 150 Euro project bonus + 1 000 Euro gross performance bonus (quarterly). Relocation to Greece/Bulgaria is required; remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted. Relocation package includes flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel stay and advanced payment.Requirements
Knowledge of English and Italian at a minimum C1 level (speaking and writing).Minimum 2.5 to 5 years of directly relevant customer‐facing experience in sales or customer service, ideally in tech or advertising sales.Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging.Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self‐starter with a competitive growth mindset.Strong time‐management skills and ability to work independently.Salesforce experience or prior exposure to a CRM tool.Previous experience working on warm leads, cold outreach, and research.
