Job Responsibilities:
* Develop various sales channels based on project needs to obtain high-quality and effective channel information.
* Formulate channel sales strategies, organize relevant channel activities, and integrate channel resources to help achieve project performance goals.
* Expand key account channel resources, plan and execute solutions, and continuously explore new markets and channels.
* Conduct market research and demand analysis, and be responsible for annual sales forecasting, target setting, and breakdown.
* Define sales department goals, and develop sales plans and budgets.
* Manage sales channels and customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
* Sales experience with at least 2 years of work experience in channel development/management.
* Strong ability to develop channel agents and business negotiation skills.
* Willing to accept short-term business trips.
* Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit. Outgoing personality, high career ambition, and a proactive mindset.
* Proficiency in Mandarin and Italian is preferred.
