Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or cruise ships, with at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie.

* Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including debits/credits and adjusting entries.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and establish rapport with senior officers and corporate offices.
