The person to recruit will have full management and coordination of all Ecommerce activities through the DTC website and overall digital business channels.
The role is strategic and crucial for the company as it will be focused in maintaining and increasing the growth and development of ghd's Digital Business.
Full responsibility and ownership of Ecommerce turnover and profitability targets, managing with the team all the activities related to the website, in compliance with international guidelines and Brand strategy
Oversee and coordinate the digital business strategy & execution on Amazon and other third-party customers, in line with sell-out and profitability targets, ensuring strong brand presence, optimized product listings, competitive pricing, and effective promotional strategies
Definition of strategic, commercial and operational plans, in coordination with the team Digital Marketing and the other Depts involved
Full Ownership of turnover and volume forecasts, to be integrated within overall Demand Planning process to ensure alignment of stock with turnover forecasts
Definition of digital activation calendar and promotional campaigns, day-to-day operative execution management, directly and coordinating the assigned teams for full compliance with deadlines
Close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to optimise spending, assigned bdg and to achieve traffic, conversion and profitability targets
Support to the identification of gap of CRM strategies and future evolutions and how to maximise the value of e-commerce customer life cycles
Close collaboration with HQ for, mainly focused on: data and performance analysis, business plan alignment, development & production of all materials and digital assets required for the implementation of plans, opportunities & new ideas
At least 6-8 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Business roles, with demonstrable skills on the ability to achieve excellent results and performance, in similar and preferably premium contexts (beauty, fashion, accessories in premium market segments)
Strategic mindset, Operations excellence & problem solving attitude
Ability to manage multi-projects, complexity and prioritisation in urgent/critical situations
Strong expertise in terms of site usability, in order to optimise the experience and digital journey of consumers on ghdhair.Excellent knowledge of digital analysis tools and CMS competence
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
