Responsibilities:- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)- Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel- Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction- Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goalsAdditional information:Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‐hour fully paid breakHybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office)Training: 23.04.2026Salary Greece: €1350.00 gross per month + quarterly bonus 1350.00 grossSalary Bulgaria: €2198.56 gross per month + quarterly bonus 1537.20 grossRelocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria. C1 level (speaking and writing)- Min. 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sector- Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations- Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently- Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool- Previous experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
