Product Marketing Manager – Global Business Solutions (Europe)
Responsibilities:
* Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) and adoption for all TikTok advertising solutions.
* Become the in‑market product expert by partnering with sales to deeply understand customer pain points, vertical needs, and business requirements.
* Ensure a market and vertical‑first approach in all GTM activities, identifying opportunities for strategic recommendations and scaling them across the sales team.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to generate full‑funnel vertical strategies that include narratives, solutions packages, and product recommendations.
* Develop a sales education strategy and work closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure a high standard of product knowledge.
* Execute in‑market programs and initiatives to grow product adoption and revenue, partnering with cross‑functional teams for flawless execution.
* Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights, and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in media marketing or product marketing capacity.
* Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes.
* Deep understanding of the local market and agency ecosystem.
* Fast learner with good judgment, original thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
* Client‑facing experience with a customer‑service orientation.
* Commercial mindset with history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
