Social network you want to login/join with:Business Development Manager (South Italy), GenovaClient: Hanwha Vision EuropeLocation: South Italy, preferably in Milan or surrounding areasJob Category: OtherEU work permit required: YesJob Reference:507775036157853696033710Job Views:2Posted:02.05.2025Expiry Date:16.06.2025Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Build close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales.Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers.Engage in strategic sales planning and coordinate with Product Management to position products effectively.Manage and develop the network of partners within the Hanwha channel partner program.Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.Additional responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product info, increasing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer opportunities, reporting sales progress, conducting customer audits, and contributing to marketing strategies.Requirements:Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.Ability to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals.Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and Networking channels.Experience with CCTV manufacturing beneficial but not essential.Strong understanding of network video systems and topology.Relevant technical or business degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent relationship-building skills and team motivation.Independent thinking, good judgment, and motivation to achieve targets.Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to board-level and communicating effectively at all levels.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluent in English and at least one European language.Valid driving license.Location:This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within Italy, especially in South Italy. Candidates should ideally reside in the Milan area or South Italy.
