You will train and support clinicians, technicians, and home care providers, while scaling commercial and educational activities with partners.
You’ll visit customers to gather feedback, monitor tenders and market dynamics, and build strong CRM-driven segmentation.
This role combines field engagement with cross-functional collaboration to expand sleep therapy adoption and reach.Retribuzione / BenefitsManage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territoryDevelop and execute marketing, educational, and commercial activities for prescribers and Home Care providers in collaboration with Business PartnersConduct regular visits to prescribers and other stakeholders to collect feedback and monitor tenders, competition, and Home Care penetrationSupport the clinical community and hospitals to expand sleep and ventilation therapy adoptionTrain all customers to ensure high-quality usage per the IFUFoster strong relationships with partner field organizations to increase adoptionMaintain and update customer segmentation profile in CRMMonitor local market trends, market share and prescriptions to shape commercial strategiesResponsabilitàBachelor or Master Degree, or equivalent experience in xjrgpwk a technical backgroundPrevious experience as sales/technical specialist in medical sector is preferredExperience in home care market is a plusKnowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel) requiredSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and able to manage own workloadExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationshipsVerbal and written English proficiency in addition to Italian as local language
