Sales Manager - Italy Based - Experience in Injection molding, 3D printing, or plastic/metal parts manufacturing experience A global leader in contract manufacturing, with over 25 years of experience, is searching for a Sales Manager for Italy. Responsibilities - Maintain and develop existing client accountsby building strong relationships and increasing sales through field prospecting. - Advise and guide clients after conducting thorough needs analyses. - Validate client requests and prepare and send quotations - Present technical offers to clients - Monitor projects in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction. - Identify and develop new client accounts - Collaborate with the Commercial Director and marketing departmentto guide and support marketing strategies in Italy, including trade shows and communications. - Implement the European commercial strategy within your territory by increasing turnover and contributing to continuous growth. Requirements: - Solid technical B2B experience in injection molding, 3D printing or plastic/metal parts manufacturing. - Fluent in Italian and English - Experience in developing key account portfolios and acquiring new clients. - Strong technical understanding of client needs. - Excellent commercial negotiation skills. - In-depth knowledge of on-demand manufacturing technologies, products, and services. - Willingness to travel regularly nationally and occasionally internationally.
