About the Position We are looking for a North West Italy Sales Manager to join our Aftermarket Division team. Reporting directly to the Italy Sales Manager Spare Parts, this person will be responsible for managing sales activities within the Northern Italy territory. Your Responsibilities Management of the Sales team in the assigned area: agents. Direct responsibility for the area's turnover by customer (in relation to the budget, subsequent forecasts, and sales contracts). Management of sales contracts for spare parts.

Direct customer management (through agents). Development of existing customers/acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory. Organization and leadership of monthly area meetings. Preparation of monthly forecasts by customer.
\n
Management of promotions and sell-in actions for customers. Management of the monthly assigned deferral portfolio. Handling critical credit situations. Resolution of sales issues with customers and/or involvement of relevant company departments when necessary.

Gestione delle promozioni e delle azioni di sell‐in per i clienti. Gestione del portafoglio mensile di dilazioni assegnato. Gestione delle situazioni critiche di credito. Risoluzione delle problematiche di vendita con i clienti e/o coinvolgimento dei diversi enti aziendali competenti.

What Qualifications you will bring We are looking for a candidate with several years of sales experience within the automotive industry, specifically in the Independent Aftermarket sector. The ideal applicant naturally demonstrates leadership, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has strong stress management abilities. We are seeking someone residing in one of the regions within the managed area who is available for frequent business travel across the territory.

Proficiency in the Office Suite. Secondary school diploma. Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus. Cerchiamo un candidato con diversi anni di esperienza commerciale nel settore automotive, in particolare nel canale Independent Aftermarket.
