Your Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to make a significant impact on our SAP project. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Contributing to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES
* Managing overall service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones
* Supporting de-escalation of critical customer situations
* Collaborating with MIM, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support for critical issues
* Participating in customer release and maintenance activities
* Supporting technical requirements throughout the customer lifecycle within SAP Enterprise
* Executing problem management and continuous improvement
* Liaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
* Reviewing account status and planning transitions based on growth
* Ensuring systematic onboarding and training documentation
* Enabling continuous knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications & Experience
Technical skills required:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis expertise
* Hands-on experience with HANA database
* Mandatory SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
* Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) is a plus
* Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Italian language proficiency (C2 or Native)
* English proficiency (B2 or above)
Work Experiences
* 5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations
* 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge
* At least 2 years of cloud-related experience
