For our client, leading global manufacturer of high-performance belt drives, we are searching for a Area Sales Manager Tuscany & Emilia Romagna The resource will be responsible for the acquisition of new potential customers and the development of existing customers in a sales area assigned. Main Responsibilities: - Achievement of defined sales, turnover and margin objectives. - Conduction of sales conversations and negotiations. - Continuous customer support through regular visits to customers and their branches. - Building of long-term relationships with customers. - Constant observation of market price, market trends and competitor activities. - Implementation of commercial/technical trainings. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in industrial engineering or alternative degree in mechanics or mechatronics. - More than 3 years experience in a sales function, at best with experience in working/servicing OEM customers and/or in the field of industrial power transmission. - Willingness to a national travel activity. - Fluent in English both written and spoken. - Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP is preferable. - Complete the profile:_ - Motivated sales personality. - Ability to build long-term relationships with customers. - Client and results-orientation. - Proactive and team player.
