Sales Leadership Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing a channel system in Italy. This includes managing agents, secondary key accounts, and OEM customers.
* Develop and implement product and price strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
* Optimize the distributor system to ensure efficient supply of channel inventory and maintain market order.
* Formulate sales strategies aligned with company requirements, set quarterly and annual goals, and improve marketing organization systems.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts through effective regional sell-in and sell-out management.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or related field; experience in personal care, kitchen appliances, or pet products is desirable.
* More than five years of relevant work experience in Italy, with a strong understanding of local markets and integrated marketing success stories.
* Ability to withstand pressure, strong market development and sales capabilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, team leadership experience, and project development background.
