Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, the Product Manager will define a roadmap of activities to maximize the value of the product family globally. Will support the Sales Teams (Italy and abroad) and collaborate across departments (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing). Responsibilities include supporting commercial objectives, market analysis, and sales reporting.
The role involves researching and analyzing technical solutions to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients, engaging with technical B2B stakeholders in Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics, both internationally and domestically.
Key tasks include defining global product positioning strategies, identifying technical features and market needs, contributing to product development, and managing product lifecycle. The role also involves proposing new product developments based on market insights and managing complex technological projects.
Additionally, the role will involve communicating corporate sustainability policies and enhancing product quality. The focus is on proactive product management, market analysis, and strategic positioning.
Requirements & Skills :
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in marketing and international industrial contexts, supporting Supply Chain functions
* Pricing, data analysis, segmentation, and product positioning skills
* Excellent command of English
* MBA is a plus
