What you will do
The purpose of the position is to develop the Kitchen business in the GDO channel. The key account will be in charge of managing strategic trade partners, maximizing all commercial opportunities for both built-in and freestanding products.
The person will be responsible for:
* Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key partners;
* Ensuring internal company functions provide the highest level of customer service to local accounts;
* Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;
* Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;
* Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts;
* Taking a proactive approach to account management;
* Arranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers within the customer;
* Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
What you need to succeed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field
Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in Built-In Domestic Appliances
Must have:
* Clients’ management skills
* Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this
* People management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivation
* Familiarity with Built-In Consumer Goods markets
* Established relationships with largest customers and retailers
* Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
Others: Availability to travel in Italy
