You will report directly to the Head of Intellectual Property & Commercial Litigation and contribute directly to achieving our business objectives by ensuring that Menarini's intellectual property remains strong, strategic, and aligned with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with R&D; teams to identify innovative concepts and assess their patentability.
Oversee and maintain the global patent portfolio coordinating with external counsel for comprehensive protection.
