As a Technical Sales Engineer, Central, you will be responsible for staying updated on product launches and transitions to support sales programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
* Engage with various departments within customer organizations.
* Deliver presentations on new products, project timelines, quality, and technical training.
* Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.
* Assist marketing efforts by monitoring market trends and regulatory activities and collecting customer feedback.
* Support team KPIs and participate in trade shows and promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
* Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressors and their applications.
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
* Motivated, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
* Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
