If hired you will join a company with an amazing and talented staff. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain a portfolio that will gradually grow to 15 clients and aim to hold a high retention rate /li liBuild long‑lasting client relationships by clearly and concisely managing expectations /li liBuild and track KPIs for all accounts under personal client portfolio management /li liBi‑weekly strategy calls with clients to communicate results and upcoming strategies /li liProactively brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon and manage client expectations /li liReporting and strategizing account progress and action items /li liPlan, implement and continuously optimize or delegate advertising campaigns within Amazon’s Campaign Manager /li liPlan and implement or delegate promotional plans and strategies /li liResolve or delegate for resolution of client account issues through troubleshooting and opening cases with Seller Support /li liWork within software platforms such as Intentwise and Zonguru /li liWork with other departments to accomplish overall high‑level goals /li liAttend Account Management meetings and/or training sessions on a weekly or bi‑weekly basis /li liParticipate in daily stand‑up meetings that provide an opportunity for you to bring any problems or blockers quickly through management so they can be resolved promptly to keep your tasks on track /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBA in Marketing, Business Development, Management or other related studies /li li2 years with client account management /li li2 years in digital marketing or eCommerce /li liAny level of experience with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central is preferred but not required /li liAbility to build and maintain client relations /li liActive listening and the ability to understand client needs /li liProactive go‑getter mindset who functions well within a team setting but can work independently /li liStrong ability to think outside the box, willingness to test new ideas and develop and implement growth strategies /li liStrong time management skills and the ability to multi‑task /li liAbility and desire to learn new skills /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills (100% English) /li /ul h3Budget-Perks Benefits /h3 ul li12 days of paid vacation per year /li li5 sick days paid per year /li liDay off on your birthday /li liSummer Time (short Fridays) /li liWinter break /li liAll positions are 100% remote /li liGlobal team: working with talent from more than 14 countries around the world /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul liBusiness Development /li liCement Plant /li liBusiness Support /li liData Analysis /li liASP /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
