Position Summary:
The International Product Sales Manager – X-Ray is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the X-Ray Product Portfolio including rooms, mobiles and detectors across the international business (Asia, EMEA, LAR & Canada). This role works closely with the regional sales teams to drive the business by combining product expertise with strong regional execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the X-Ray market, strong experience in medical imaging sales, and a proven ability to drive incremental growth in both established and new geographical markets.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Work with the Regions and Regional Business Partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives of increasing market share to generate revenue growth
Provide pricing strategies for both product sales and service offerings balancing growth needs and margin generation
Contributes to the annual target setting process for the regions for the X-Ray business
Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the X-Ray portfolio within the international markets
Market Development & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop plans to increase market share in collaboration with each region.
Provide regular market intelligence and sales projections to management
Develop campaigns and other marketing initiatives for specific products that regions need to grow
Work with the Product team on launch activities for new products and phase out of discontinued lines
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices
Product & Clinical Expertise
Act as the subject matter expert for X-Ray products, features, and competitive positioning
Support the sales teams and customers in understanding clinical applications
Collaborate with product and application specialists during trials, evaluations and installations of new product launches
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of X-Ray sales experience with proven track record of achieving sales targets in a multi-country environment
Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes and tendering
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of X-Ray technology and imaging workflows
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Strong financial acumen
Strong analytical and CRM skills
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the International Markets (up to 70% travel)
