About The Job\nDrive sustainable growth in net sales and profitability across Top Clients within the Indirect Channel (wholesalers, networks, pharmacy/parapharmacy groups and/or modern trade), through the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, building long-term partnerships aligned with company strategy.

\n

Main Responsibilities

- Define and implement customer business plans for Top Clients, identifying growth opportunities and profitability optimization levers.
\n
- Negotiate commercial agreements (sales targets, promotional investments, visibility, and category management initiatives), ensuring delivery against financial KPIs.
\n
- Drive performance of assigned customers, ensuring achievement of sales and margin targets in line with brand/product priorities.
\n
- Monitor and optimize commercial performance through structured analysis, identifying gaps and activating corrective actions in collaboration with the Field Force.
\n
- Contribute to the development and validation of commercial policies, bringing customer and market insights to maximize effectiveness of commercial levers.
\n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute tailored promotional plans and initiatives for strategic customers.
\n
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as a reference point for Top Clients.
\n
- Develop accurate sales and volume forecasts, activating commercial levers to ensure target achievement.
\n
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and promotional performance to drive data-based decisions.
\n
- Monitor competitor activities and define response strategies in collaboration with relevant internal functions.
\n

- Achievement of Net Sales and margin targets for assigned customers

- Customer profitability and sustainability of commercial agreements
\n
- Effectiveness and ROI of promotional activities
\n
- Level of execution of commercial agreements at customer level
\n
- Forecast accuracy and ability to implement corrective actions
\n
- Sell-out performance and efficient stock and rotation management
\n

\nAbout You\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields\nExperience:\nAt least 5 years of experience in commercial roles with direct responsibility for managing and developing key customers (Top Clients and buying groups), gained across multiple channels (modern trade, wholesalers/WHS, and specialized channels)\n

- Strong understanding of retail and Top Client commercial dynamics
\n
- Solid P&L; management capabilities
\n
- Strong analytical skills to interpret multi-source data and develop business plans / monitor performance
\n
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\n

\nLanguages:\nEnglish fluent.\n
