Our teams are empowered to take ownership, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that create real‐world impact.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – KSA/GCC Region to support strategic initiatives and strengthen our project execution capabilities.The RoleThe Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships across the GCC, with a primary focus on KSA, to drive revenue growth and long‐term partnerships. This role identifies new business opportunities, executes account strategies, and ensures high customer satisfaction. The position collaborates cross‐functionally, monitors regional market trends, and reports performance to senior leadership. Strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives across GCC, with focus on KSAAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesOwn revenue targets, forecasts, and account budgets

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersMonitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactivelyExpand business within existing accounts and develop new opportunitiesPartner closely with Marketing and Customer Service to enhance customer experience

Performance & Market Insights

Track and analyze sales and account performance dataPrepare and present forecasts and performance reports to senior leadershipMonitor competitor activity and regional market trendsUtilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and customer interactions

Product & Commercial Excellence

Maintain strong knowledge of products, solutions, and industry developmentsClearly communicate value propositions to customersProvide structured customer feedback to product and internal stakeholdersSupport customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussionsProject teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience (or equivalent leadership exposure)Proven experience developing and executing sales or key account strategiesStrong proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present persuasively to senior stakeholdersStrategic, data‐driven mindset with a test‐and‐learn approach to business and process improvementsStrong resource planning skills with the ability to balance competing priorities effectivelySolid end‐to‐end project management experience with a track record of delivering measurable resultsFluency in English and ArabicStrong knowledge of the GCC market, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA)Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC regionExperience in the water or infrastructure sector is beneficial
