Developing operational marketing plans to optimize product visibility and sales at points of sale, ensuring profitability and effectiveness. Managing BIC Displays and related promotional activities, negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing and selling conditions.Providing support to sales teams to ensure understanding of trade marketing strategies and effective promotion of products.Managing budgets for category management/trade marketing activities to ensure they are profitable and sustainable.The role also includes:Customer relations in cross-department meetingsLeveraging shopper behavior insights, market, and customer trends for successful strategiesDeveloping category strategies for new potential channels (Discount and Drugstore)Internal relations and networking with local and international departments: Marketing, Sales, Shopper Category CoE, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, and FinanceAchieving cross-channel sales objectives and BIC KPIs in operationsQualifications:Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field5 to 7 years of experience in marketing or commercial departments; at least 2 years as a Category Manager/Trade Marketing in FMCG companiesSolid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principlesStrong understanding of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in MS OfficeStrong analytical skills with strategic thinking abilityFluent in EnglishExcellent communication and relationship skillsBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
