Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Sales Associate (Cleantech / Energy) to support Hex Ergy’s commercial growth by executing marketing activities and contributing to early-stage sales operations.
This role acts as the operational link between the Fractional CMO, the external marketing agency, and the internal team, translating strategy into execution. You will work across content, social media, campaigns, and lead generation, supporting both B2 B and B2 C audiences in multiple international markets.
This position is ideal for someone with around 1 year of experience and a Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields, looking to grow in a fast-moving Saa S and cleantech environment.
What you will do
Act as the day-to-day operational interface between the Fractional CMO and the marketing agency Execute marketing initiatives aligned with growth and lead-generation objectives Manage and grow Hex Ergy’s social media channels, with a strong focus on Linked In Plan, create, and adapt content (posts, carousels, short videos, captions) for different markets Support inbound lead generation through content, campaigns, webinars, and digital activations Assist in lead qualification and funnel tracking (from content to MQLs, with guidance) Coordinate campaign calendars, assets, and deadlines with external partners
Ensure brand consistency across countries and languages
Monitor performance (engagement, reach, leads) and share insights with the CMO
Support events, webinars, and international marketing initiatives
Who you are
0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, growth, or digital roles
Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields
Interested in technology-driven, high-impact industries (cleantech, energy, Saa S)
Curious and eager to learn about new markets and complex products
Comfortable working with agencies and senior stakeholders
Execution-oriented, organized, and proactive
Interested in international and multi-country marketing environments
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Experience managing or growing Linked In pages
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar
Interest in short-form video or founder-led storytelling
Basic understanding of funnels, CRM, analytics, or lead-generation concepts
Previous exposure to B2 B, B2 C, Saa S, cleantech, or energy markets
