The Customer Care team is responsible for enhancing the end customer experience related to our online shops for our brands. This role involves creating reports, tracking and monitoring customer inquiries, and supporting process improvements to achieve an excellent customer experience. We are seeking an intern to support our Customer Care team for a minimum of 6 months.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in handling B2C customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Support first-level support for issues and general inquiries about our companies, brands, and products.
- Familiarize yourself with all aspects of our online shops, including checkout, payment, delivery, returns, and refunds.
- Support the analysis of customer issues, questions, and needs.
- Assist with digital projects that directly connect with the end consumer.
Profile
- University degree or high school diploma in economics, languages, or a related field.
- Excellent English and Italian skills; German is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills, a positive and flexible attitude.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Passion for mountain sports.
