The Responsabile Vendite e Servizio Clienti plays a strategic role by leading a team of about 8-10 members to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and enhance digital experience and member loyalty. Key responsibilities include: Achieving sales goals both online and offline. Recruiting and evaluating team performance based on company KPIs and internal growth plans. Managing merchandising inventory. Coordinating front office activities with the team. Monitoring and reporting on activities. Requirements: At least 2 years of team management experience, preferably in retail. Degree is appreciated. Goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of social and digital tools. English language skills are preferred. Flexibility to participate in training and support initiatives at existing clubs, with territorial considerations.
