Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Digital Analyst as part of the corporate bE-Commerce Analytics Team /b. The candidate, through data, will play a pivotal part in driving some of e-commerce’s most profitable activities working across iconic websites across categories. /p pThe candidate is expected to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive and showcase value of a very articulate roadmap of activities which is central to continuing growing the ecommerce performance. /p pWe also see this as a great opportunity to start a new way of embracing data and analytics across functions using best in class technologies and platforms. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liReporting and Dashboarding ul liBuild and maintain reporting and dashboards which have a key role in driving the program forward /li liDaily engagement with all our data and KPIs /li liEnsure accuracy of the data /li liPotentially suggest tracking enhancements or data visualization ideas /li /ul /li liActionable insights and customer centricity ul liConstantly producing actionable insights for all levels of the stakeholders /li liConnect the dots, we expect insights to be integrated and aligned with content and promotional calendars /li liIntegrate insights using a variety of tools such as ContentSquare and Adobe as well as financial and back-end data /li /ul /li liNew reporting competencies onboarding ul liWe are actively onboarding new technologies (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) and we expect the candidate to be able to start embracing them in day-to-day activities /li liCollaborate actively with the other functions withing the Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) team to amplify their work /li liBecome a key player to help the rest of the team quickly upskilling with these new technologies /li liSuggest and define best practice to onboard these new technologies /li /ul /li liCategory activities roadmap and documentation ul liSupport the managers and coordinators with tracking, organizing and documenting the several activities in the roadmap to drive incremental sales and value /li liDevelop measurement framework for projects in roadmap to forecast and assess impact of projects /li liDemonstrate independence and confidence while communicating directly with our key partner /li liOversee the roadmap documentation, including internal communication for the activities included in the program /li /ul /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 3 - 4 Years experience in analytical roles /li liEducational Background: Degree in one of the following: Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business or Finance. /li liAnalytics Skills: Strong knowledge of web analytics tools. Our framework is based on Adobe Analytics (formerly Site Catalyst / Omniture) and ContentSquare. Strong knowledge of analytics metrics, issues and best practices.
