Company Description We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector with a focus on the UK, DACH, and the USA markets. Position The role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the Company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Increase production from already consolidated clients; Identify new business opportunities inleisure (individual and groups segment); Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and operators; Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly; Analyse regular reports on sales performance and market insights; Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory; Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning; Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs to promote the property; Represent the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry; Strong negotiation and communication skills; Positive attitude and good communication skills; Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations; Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; Results-driven, proactive, excellent relationship builder.
