Modality Sales Specialist Mobile Surgery – Center-South Italy
Job Description

As a Modality Sales Specialist Mobile Surgery – Center-South Italy, you will develop and support sales, contributing to achieving business goals by implementing strategic choices that deliver an effective value proposition to customers and maximize sales performance.
Your role:
* Perform/support customer presentations, clinical and technical demonstrations, and competitive positioning activities
* Plan, organize, and execute product demonstration activities, mostly as hands‑on demonstrations in a surgical environment
* Support the quoting/tendering process by producing and delivering required documentation, quotations, configurations, and strategic inputs
* Deliver clinical education and consultancy services in the post‑sales phase, for both new installations and existing customers
* Support the definition and execution of business strategies
* Maintain accurate and timely CRM data to support sales strategies, 簽 forecasting, and customer relationship management
* Collaborate with Marketing to provide input on sales tools, marketing activities, and competitive threats cm- mitments
You're the right fit if you have:
* Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science‑related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the medical device sector
* Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and follow‑up skills to ensure customer success
* Excellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
* Great team player, proactiveness, customer focus, and patient safety engagement
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment
* Italian native language skills are mandatory and good English level
* Willingness to travel across the country
