What You Will Accomplish Here…
This position will focus on the overall customer relationship for named key EMEIA accounts, implementing:
* First class Account Management - retention and growth
* Quarterly face-to-face business reviews
* Customer value add - new markets, new services, new relationships
General Responsibilities:
* Disciplined use of company systems for sales tracking (CRM)
* Forecast and track account metrics
* Conduct individual monthly reviews
* Prepare and issue customer-reviewed and signed proposals
* Provide professional handovers to Operations for new projects
* Support account management activities as required
* Support marketing activities as required
* Share customer roadmap aspirations with the regulatory team
Education, Experience, and Skills:
* Comfortable with targets and possessing sound commercial awareness
* Understanding of land-based and iGaming industries (desirable)
* Effective communication skills with a wide range of people
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong self-motivation and flexibility as a team player
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
