PpbSky Italia /b is looking for a bDigital Product Owner/Manager /b to join the bInnovation Customer Digital Channels /b team, responsible for the development and evolution of digital channels (Web Self Care, My Sky App Customer Support). /ppbWhat you’ll do: /b /pulliLead the definition and evolution of the digital channels roadmap within an Agile framework, from ideation to release of new features aimed at improving customer engagement and reducing operational costs. /liliTranslate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog, balancing time-to-market, customer value, and business impact. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Care, Technology, UX/UI, Analytics) to ensure consistency and impact across the customer journey and KPIs. /liliMonitor channel performance (adoption, upselling, call diversion, FOC, NPS, etc.) and turn quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable improvements. /liliCoordinate usability testing and bug fixing activities to ensure the best customer experience. /liliContribute to the definition of Sky’s digital strategy, supporting engagement growth and cost reduction. /li /ulpbWhat you’ll bring: /b /pulliDegree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, or similar fields. /liliAt least 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital products in Product Owner/Product Manager roles, preferably in Telco, Media, Streaming, or digital services. /liliStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. /liliData-driven mindset: ability to read and interpret digital KPIs, analytics, and market insights. /liliCollaborative attitude and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. /liliCustomer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills. /liliDesired soft skills: ownership, proactivity, negotiation skills. /li /ulpbNice to have: /b /pulliExperience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau). /liliBasic knowledge of SEO, HTML, or UX/UI principles. /liliPassion for digital innovation and emerging technologies. /li /ulpbWhat we offer: /b /pulliA dynamic, international, and constantly evolving environment. /liliOpportunity to contribute to Sky’s digital transformation and work on touchpoints used by millions of customers. /liliHybrid and flexible working model. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
